We have worked in the wedding industry for over 12 years and there is nothing we love more than witnessing the beginning of a great love story.  This space was designed with weddings in mind, with the desire to create a blank space that could be reflective of the couples who step through the doors. Our team understands weddings and we are here to make sure yours is exactly as you pictured it.

Are tables, chairs, or other rentals provided?

Tables, chairs and linens are included in the rental at Clerestory. We current own 20 x 5ft round, 4 x 8ft banquet, 4 x 6ft banquet tables and 10 bistro style tables that can be set to standing or dining height. We include 200 padded folding chairs in your choice of wood or white. Floor-length linens in black, white or ivory are available for our inventory of tables. If you are looking to rent additional tables, chairs, linens, or tabletop items for your event, we are happy to refer you to some of our favorite rental companies! You are welcome to utilize in-house rentals or bring in your own!

Speciality Lighting and Draping:

How long is the rental period for? 

Clerestory opens at 10:00am for vendor access. Events must end by 11:00pm with a 2 hour window for cleanup.

Do you have a preferred vendor list?

We have quite a few vendors that we love working with & will gladly recommend. You are not locked in to using these vendors only. We do require a licensed caterer and insured event coordinator. Our only required vendors are Events with Design for speciality ceiling decor installations and our in-house bar team should you wish to serve alcohol.

Can I get ready + dressed at Clerestory? 

While we do have a small green room, we think this space is more suitable for storing bridal bags and doing hair and makeup touch-ups rather than as a “getting ready suite”.

Will I get a venue representative?

A venue representative will be there on the day of the event to unlock the door, serve as point of contact for venue questions, & take care of any venue-related issues. It is important to note this representative is not an event planner.

Does Clerestory offer bar packages?

We require all events serving alcohol to purchase a bar package through our in-house team. We will provide a handout detailing these packages to event inquiries. Bar packages include the usage of our two white indoor bar fronts, but you are welcome to rent alternative bars to match your aesthetic or should you wish to host cocktail hour in the circle drive.

Does Clerestory offer day-of coordination?

While our representatives are not meant to be your wedding planner, Clerestory does require an event planner in its rental contract. Please inquire for recommendations! Month-of coordination services available.

Can I have my rehearsal at Clerestory? 

Absolutely. If there are no schedule conflicts, we would be happy to host your rehearsal dinner! Regardless of your rehearsal dinner location, we allow all couples getting married on-site a 60 minute window of access prior to your wedding day for ceremony rehearsal!

Does Clerestory have parking? 

Yes! The entrance to our parking lot is on W. Loudon Avenue. We are privately located on the back of Greyline Station where the exterior paint changes to green. The full lot on Greyline’s Campus is available to you and your guests. Our entrance is located at the top of our circle drive.
